Discover techniques that will help hone your listening skill so that you also hear what the customer is NOT saying. Master ways of addressing the customers’ anger and concerns when your service or product has failed to meet their expectations. This course will help develop, enhance and strengthen the soft skills needed to ensure positive interactions with the people that drive, support and sustain your business or service.
