Take the mystery out of the mystical orchid and learn how to cultivate your own beautiful orchid garden. This course will introduce the Orchidaceae family and its most commonly cultivated hobby plants, the Phalaenopsis, or “moth orchid". We will teach you the science behind orchid care, including proper temperature, light, and use of fertilizer, as well as demonstrate orchid culture, repotting, and watering. Gain a better understanding of how to care for this gorgeous plant and leave with the knowhow required to conduct thoughtful research to cultivate your own orchid collection.
