ClassGraphic Pilates is known for its low-impact movements, lengthening of muscles and stress-busting breathing techniques. Develop your abdominal core strength, decrease lower back pain, and improve overall flexibility using your own body weight as resistance. You will tone, tighten, and define muscles you didn't know you had. Don't forget to bring your mat!
