This combined class is geared to more serious levels of technical training and is recommended for dancers taking at least four times per week. All dancers will work towards building flexibility, strength, musicality, coordination, concentration and communication of expression through movement. Students will explore a large variety of classical ballet terminology. Students begin by building strength at the barre and successively progress to center work and longer enchainements (combinations).
