What is the Intensive English Program (IEP)?

 
  • English for academic, research, and professional purposes

  • Students of all English proficiency levels

  • 15-week semester

  • Part-time or full-time, 6-20 classroom hours per week

  • No visa is required but full-time study meets requirements for student visa

  • Ask about MyCAA and VA benefits

  • All new students must pay a $50 assessment fee, which includes a placement test, comprehensive results, and a consultation with an ESL-certified instructor.

  • A payment plan may be available upon request.

  • Students with a student visa also pay student fees for Columbus State University.

Enhanced TOEFL® Prep

  • For students with intermediate level English proficiency (determined by ELI Assessment)

  • 12-hr instructor-guided course with test taking strategies & practice

    • August 28 - September 25, 2020, Fridays from 4:00 - 5:30 pm

    • October 15 - November 12, 2020, Thursdays from 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

    • $179 for 5 sessions and textbook
