Activities of daily living require strength, flexibility, and proper movement patterns. If you have found yourself struggling with these daily activities, then this class is for you! Put the FUN back in functional mobility as you gain strength with body weight exercises and learn creative ways to safely squat, step, twist, lunge and more.
