ClassGraphic This course provides a detailed introduction to Microsoft Project 2019. You will learn skills applicable to any organization, including defining and sequencing project activities, identifying and assigning work, and determining costs for both individual tasks and the entire project. Throughout the course’s six-week duration, you will see the benefits of using project management software to optimize timelines, resources, and costs. You will learn how to fine-tune different aspects of your project, including splitting tasks for work interruptions and defining material consumption rates. In each lesson, you will apply your newfound Microsoft Project skills to a course project. You will also take quizzes, complete assignments, and take a final assessment exam. After completing the course, you will know how to develop, implement, and control a project plan that meets organizational and customer objectives.
