ClassGraphic In this six week interactive program, you will learn the psychological process of bringing your attention to the internal and external experiences occurring in the present moment. You will be guided in the process of body scan, mindful eating, and mindful movement--all coupled with the awareness of thoughts, sensations, and emotions. We will explore research in the field of neuroplasticity as well as the long lasting benefits of Mindfulness Training. This course emphasizes the potential of individual transformation through the training of being in the present moment and allowing for greater opportunity to respond--rather than react!--to external and internal stressors.
